Commercial – at Valisma Property Investment Ltd – we not only buy existing residential properties but we also invest in commercial properties and if / where possible turn these into new quality residential homes for our tenants- these commercial properties can be anywhere from office blocks, run down old mills, closed pubs, shut down shops – as well as many more Facilities where we can see potential to create amazing homes.
Land – Nothing is off limits at VPI – We also look at investing in land for various reasons – green belt and brown belt – as well as having our own Build to Rent side of our business where we create brand new home’s for our tenants.
